The Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society (the “Society”) gives notice that it was served with a Warrant to Search dated August 27, 2021, pursuant to Sec. 487 of the Criminal Code of Canada.

The Hearing respecting charges against Christopher Ian Robinson, a member of the Society, will take place on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, commencing at 9:30 am via Zoom videoconference.
The parties made a joint application to vary the May 14, 2021, Resolution to permit Mr. Rodgers to complete his work involving the Desmond Fatality Inquiry. The Panel heard submissions on the application to vary from counsel for the Society and Adam Rodgers on September 24, 2021.
