A hearing concerning matters relating to Donn Fraser, a member of the Society, will be held by Zoom videoconference on October 30, 2026, beginning at 9:30 a.m.
The Hearing will be open to the public in accordance with Section 44(1) of the Legal Profession Act. Note that at any hearing, preliminary motions regarding publication bans or otherwise, may be heard and/or a settlement agreement may be proposed.
