Sanction Decision – Christopher Ian Robinson
A Hearing Panel of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society issued a decision on February 17, 2023 finding Christopher Ian Robinson guilty of professional misconduct. A hearing to determine sanction was held on November 14, 15 and 27, 2023, and the Hearing Panel has now issued its decision and resolution on sanction.
Consent to Reprimand – Michael Moore
Michael Moore, a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society, hereby agrees and consents to the following in accordance with the Legal Profession Act S.N.S. 2004, c. 28, as amended by S.N.S. 2010, c. 56, and the Regulations made thereunder, and the Code of Professional Conduct.
