Join the CBA-NS Criminal Justice Section on Tuesday May 30 from 12-1pm for a Webinar on “Section 278.92 Applications – what it means to adduce a “record” in sexual assault cases.” Our speaker will be Erica Koresawa from PPS-NS. She argued at the SCC appeal in R v JJ, 2022 SCC 28, on behalf of the intervener AG of NS, which upheld the constitutionality of s. 278.92-278.94.
