APTLA’s 20th Anniversary Conference – What I Wish I Knew Before…

As APTLA celebrates its 20th year, we are in a place to look back on Personal Injury Practice over the last two decades and to look forward to the next two for our Members. We have created this conference to give thought and bring strategy to some of the things we wish we knew starting out as lawyers, and some of the things we will encounter as legal practitioners over the life of our careers.

The WHAT I WISH I KNEW BEFORE… Conference will bring you tips and highlight traps for almost every type of Personal Injury file, and guide you from the beginning of your practice to retirement.

The conference is accredited for 6.5 MCDP Hours.

The program will include:

  • What I wish I knew before I took my first Personal Injury case
  • What I wish I knew before accepting my first Slip & Fall file
  • What I wish I knew before I took my first Section D / Unknown Drive case
  • What I wish I knew before accepting my first Sexual Assault case
  • What I wish I knew before accepting my first Med Mal file
  • What I wish I knew before battling the Insurance Industry and Advising Government about Auto Insurance
  • What I wish I knew before taking a case in another province
  • What I wish I knew before starting my own Law Firm
  • What I wish I knew before I took my first Catastrophic Injury file
