The Province of Nova Scotia is currently seeking qualified applicants for the Chair and Vice-Chair positions on the Nova Scotia Aquaculture Review Board (NSARB), an independent adjudicative board that makes decisions on aquaculture licensing and leasing applications and reviews matters related to aquaculture licensing, leasing and administration.
These positions offer an opportunity for members of Nova Scotia’s legal community to contribute their expertise to an important public decision-making process. Individuals with legal training, adjudicative experience, administrative law knowledge, or a demonstrated interest in tribunal and board governance are encouraged to apply.
Lawyers, including those practising in rural and regional communities, may find these roles particularly rewarding as a means of contributing to fair, transparent, and effective administrative decision-making in Nova Scotia.
