Regaining Trust Independent Implementation Lead — search underway through P4G

The first recommendation in Regaining Trust The Ruck Report is to appoint an Independent Implementation Lead—a contractor responsible for advancing the Society’s efforts to transform the report’s recommendations into actionable change. This pivotal role ensures accountability, transparency, and long-term impact.

Halifax-based recruitment firm P4G is conducting the search for the Regaining Trust Independent Implementation Lead.

Acting on behalf of the Society and in collaboration with the Equity & Access Office, the Implementation Lead will report to Council and work closely with Douglas Ruck KC to facilitate a seamless handover and effective communication with equity-deserving organizations across Nova Scotia.
