Notice to the Profession: NSBS Law Stamp Requirements Repealed

Beginning on April 1, 2026, Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society law stamps will no longer be required to be manually purchased and affixed to originating notices, petitions, or notices of appeal.

Annapolis Royal Document Filing moved to Digby Courthouse

As of April 1, 2026, all filings related to Annapolis Royal matters are to be filed at the Digby Courthouse.
