As of April 15, 2026, the CRA will no longer process requests from lawyers or law firms for the taxpayer income statements, notices of assessment, or benefits information.
Notice to the Profession: Town of Mulgrave Deed Transfer Tax Increased

On April 7, 2026, the Town of Mulgrave passed a by-law motion to increase the Deed Transfer Tax to 1.5% of the value of the property transfer.
