Taylor MacLellan Cochrane is a full-service law firm located in the beautiful Annapolis Valley which traces its roots back to 1835.
We are currently searching for a paralegal capable of working in the firm’s busy real property department. The ideal candidate would have, at least, three (3) years’ experience in that area of law. That said, those with appropriate transferable skills will be considered.
Compensation is commensurate with experience and open to negotiation but is generally between $37,500 to $50,000. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including a medical and dental plan, plus a matching RRSP program.
Regular work hours are 37.5 per week, 8:30-5:00 Monday to Friday. Some flexibility is generally offered and occasional overtime may be required.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Assisting with real estate transactions and all related work, including purchase, sale, refinance, and new home construction.
