The NOVA SCOTIA BARRISTERS’ SOCIETY gives notice that Peter Planetta, of Halifax, Nova Scotia has been permitted to resign from the Nova Scotia Barristers Society pursuant to Regulations 5.8.1, 5.8.9 and 5.8.10 of the Legal Profession Act, effective September 27, 2024.
