Highlander Law Group is looking to hire an associate lawyer that has the maturity and confidence to hit the ground running with minimal supervision in a practice area(s) of your choice.
Our office is located in Tantallon, though we service clients throughout HRM and across the province. We are set up with an online practice management system that allows you to work seamlessly either at the office or remotely at your convenience.
We have ample support staff to asset you however, as we are constantly growing, we also have room for you to bring your preferred assistant.
Compensation is based on a salary plus bonus or tiered fee-split model, so the sky’s the limit for earnings. We also offer health benefits and free parking (and a sunny back deck for lunch). We prioritize work-life balance. The office is closed between Christmas and New Year’s, during inclement weather and if it’s too beautiful out to be trapped inside. We are pet friendly as well.
