The following Notice has been shared on behalf of the Nova Scotia Department of Justice.
Effective April 1, 2026, filings will no longer be accepted at the Annapolis Royal Courthouse.
As of April 1, 2026, all filings related to Annapolis Royal matters are to be filed at the Digby Courthouse located at 119 Queen Street, Digby, NS B0V 1A0.
Court sittings will continue to be held at the Annapolis Royal Courthouse.
