Walk Legally Proud in the Pride Parade
Walk with the Society’s Gender Equity Committee and the CBA-NS Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity Community (SOGIC) in the 2023 Halifax Pride Parade!
You’re welcome to bring your family and friends as we walk legally proud on July 23rd under the CBA-NS and NSBS banner.

The parade starts at 2:00 PM and the route is approximately 2 km long. We will have a vehicle with our group so you’re able to take a break as necessary. If you have any mobility concerns, please reach out to the CBA-NS to arrange accommodations.

Julien Davis, the Advanced Practice Lead with the Nova Scotia Health Provincial Centre for Training, Education, and Learning will lead a conversation surrounding recent legislation and discourse on gender-affirming care, and its impact on child and adolescent mental health.
