The Hearing respecting charges against Ian Gray, a member of the Society, was held on January 20, 2025. A Hearing Panel of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society approved a joint Settlement Agreement recommended by the Complaints Investigation Committee, and issued its decision and resolution on February 20, 2025.
