The Hearing Panel of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society issued a decision on May 1, 2025, granting an additional six-month adjournment of the hearing of this matter.
The Hearing Panel confirms that the Hearing respecting charges against Jeffrey Lattie, a member of the Society, will now be held on January 13 and 14, 2026, commencing at 9:30 am at the Society’s offices, Suite 800, Cogswell Tower, 2000 Barrington Street, Halifax, NS.
