Nova Scotia Court of Appeal to Hear Three Appeals in Cape Breton: September 26, 2024

The Nova Scotia Court of Appeal will be visiting Sydney, NS, in September, including hearing three of its appeals in the September/October docket in the community of Membertou. This is the first time the Court will sit outside the Law Courts in Halifax, and NSBS members are welcome to attend.
