at the law office of Billy Sparks Law on March 14, 2024, by Halifax Regional Police,
pursuant to Sec. 487 of the Criminal Code of Canada.

The Complaints Investigation Committee of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society gives notice that effective June 14, 2024 it has imposed practice conditions and restrictions on the practicing certificate of Darren Morgan of Sydney, Nova Scotia, pursuant to Section 37(1)(b) of the Legal Profession Act.

The Hearing Panel of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society gives notice that the practising certificate of Christopher Ian Robinson of Halifax, Nova Scotia is suspended for a period of five (5) months, effective June 8, 2024 to November 8, 2024.
The Society’s Annual Meeting will take place virtually on June 21, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. ADT.
The Hearing respecting charges against Ian Gray, a member of the Society, scheduled to commence on June 17, 2024, has been adjourned by decision of the Hearing Panel of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society dated May 9, 2024.
A further public Notice of Hearing will be published once the new dates and times for the hearing are confirmed.
