The Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society hereby gives notice that, further to the suspension of Theresa O’Leary of Baddeck, Nova Scotia, from practice on July 18, 2025, pursuant to Regulation 4.5.1 under the Legal Profession Act, it has resolved that it is in the public interest to appoint Kelly Mittelstadt as Receiver for the law practice of Theresa O’Leary, pursuant to Section 51(1) of the Legal Profession Act.  Read the full Notice here
