Bridgewater Legal Services is seeking an associate lawyer. Our main areas of practice are real estate law, land title migrations, estate planning, probate of estates, and civil litigation. We are in a position to assign files to an associate lawyer and are also open to the development of new areas of practice such as family law. Brent Silver has been practicing law in Bridgewater for 30 years and our team of paralegals have extensive experience in land title research, migrations, real estate transactions, preparation of estate planning documents, and probate of estates. Our office provides health and dental benefits. We offer up to date technology and a strong organizational framework to support your practice. Our ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1-3 years experience; however, lawyers newly called to the bar and articled clerks will be considered.
