This year’s featured speaker is Jordan Furlong, legal sector analyst and author of Law is a Buyer’s Market: Building a Client First Law Firm.
Jordan Furlong is deeply invested in a better future for the legal profession and the society it serves. He has spent the past 20 years studying critical new developments and discerning emerging patterns in the legal services ecosystem. He uses these insights to advise legal organizations on how to plan their strategies and achieve their goals.
