Junior Associate – Family Law (1–3 Years Call) – Conrad Dillon Robinson Law

We are a growing family law practice seeking a motivated junior associate (1–3 years call) to work closely with the firm’s principal on a wide range of family law matters, including litigation and trial preparation.

This is a hands-on role with significant mentorship and exposure. The successful candidate will work directly with the firm’s principal, gaining meaningful experience managing files, preparing materials for court, and assisting with trial work, with opportunities to attend court and trials.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work directly with the firm’s principal on active litigation files
  • Assist in trial preparation, including document organization, drafting, and strategy support
  • Attend court and trials as part of the litigation team
  • Manage client communications and maintain strong client relationships
  • Organize and maintain files with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience (or equivalent exposure) in family law or litigation
  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, self-directed approach to work
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute meaningfully to files
  • Comfort working with evolving technology, including practice management tools and advanced AI systems
