A Hearing Panel of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society issued a decision on January 12, 2021, finding Adam Rodgers guilty of professional misconduct.
A hearing on penalty was held on February 8, 2021 and a decision was issued by the Hearing Panel on March 22, 2021.
Pursuant to Section 45(4)(m) of the Legal Profession Act, Mr. Rodgers has made an application to vary the penalty decision and a continuation of the hearing will be held on Friday, May 7, 2021, commencing at 1:00 pm.
The Hearing continues to be open to the public in accordance with Section 44(1) of the Legal Profession Act.
