Patterson Law welcomes new associate lawyer Teresa Hames

Patterson Law is pleased to welcome new associate lawyer Teresa Hames. Originally from Truro, Teresa attended Dalhousie University’s Rowe School of Business, where she majored in accounting and received a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction. Teresa obtained her JD from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, with specialization in business law.

During her studies, Teresa was the recipient of numerous academic awards, including the Clinton Havey Law of Succession Prize, the McInnes Cooper Prize in Commercial Law and the Clifford Rae Achievement Award. In addition to her academic achievements, Teresa remained active in her community as a volunteer, mentor and teaching assistant.

Teresa is a tax enthusiast, and will be a great addition to our busy Tax and Estate Planning practice in Halifax.
