Change is coming to the Society’s Bar Admission Program for new clerks starting articles in June 2020 and for clerks who begin articles after November 1, 2019.

On Wednesday, September 25 a hearing panel of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society issued a Notice of Resolution regarding charges against Jason Boudrot.
The Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society has referred to the Hearing Committee charges against R. Blois Colpitts, a member of the Society, who voluntarily withdrew from the practice of law effective April 6, 2018, pending the outcome of his criminal appeal.
