This free education session, hosted during Mi'kmaq History Month in Nova Scotia, is an opportunity for members to learn and engage in a meaningful dialogue to begin the long-term journey toward reconciliation.

Treaty Education creates opportunities for Nova Scotians to learn about the Mi'kmaq, their inherent Aboriginal and Treaty rights, and our shared history. It promotes an understanding of the Peace and Friendship treaties as historical and living documents.

This is a CPD session and a great opportunity to add to your Professional Development Plan.

RSVP by Monday, October 21, 2019, at 3:00 PM AST to Kerry Foss at kfoss@nsbs.org. Please advise of any dietary restrictions.
