Our Halifax office is currently seeking a Wills and Estates Staff Lawyer to join our firm.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
-Providing legal guidance and advice on estate planning matters, including wills, powers of attorneys, and personal directives.
-Providing legal guidance and advice on Probate and Administration of Estates.
-Maintaining excellent communication with clients, support staff and colleagues.
-Ensuring excellent file management.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
-Three + years of relevant work experience;
-Demonstrated excellent client service and communication skills;
-Strong research and writing skills and demonstrated ability to navigate complex issues;
-Proven effective client and practice management skills;
-Self-motivated and can work independently but also values working collaboratively, and
-Brings a compassionate approach to the practice of Wills and Estates.
