Seeking an articling position

A law graduate with 15 years of legal work experience in matters of Immigration and Refugee Protection Act is looking to serve as an Articled clerk. I am willing to accept an unpaid articling position.

While running an independent reputable immigration practice, I have single-handedly retained and served over 2000 clients in various immigration matters. Job duties include client interviewing, advising, examining all supporting documents, conflict of interest check, completing immigration application forms, client file management from creation to destruction of file, maintaining client trust account and providing ongoing client support in an ethical and professional manner adhering to ICCRC code of professional conduct.

Along with Immigration practice, I obtained a Canadian law degree equivalence by completing additional study at Osgoode Hall Law School, Ontario and the passing of exams set by the National Committee on Accreditation.

I am also interested to volunteer and accept pro-bono work project. Please contact me on email [email protected]
