Receptionist – Conrad Dillon Robinson

Conrad Dillon Robinson Law is seeking a receptionist to join its growing team. As a receptionist you will have the important position as the first contact with our firm. Your duties would include:

Greeting clients and others visiting our office;

Answering and forwarding phone calls;

Provide information as required – either in person, by phone or e-mail

Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries

Handle outgoing items for courier and delivery

Update calendars and schedule meetings for various conference rooms

Various clerical duties as required, such as scanning, photocopying, taking client IDs

Ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable

The successful candidate should have experience as a receptionist, in customer service, or a similar role. Good computer skills are required, as well as knowledge of Word, Outlook and Office 365 Suite. It is important that you are outgoing, have excellent communication skills, and are able to multitask. You will have an opportunity to gain valuable experience in various areas of the law while in this position.
