Core Duties and Responsibilities:
-Conducting legal research, reviewing case materials, and drafting legal documents;
-Interviewing clients and witnesses, summarizing depositions, and organizing files;
-Managing multiple cases, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met;
-Applying knowledge of legal procedures and terminology to maintain accurate client files and support lawyers;
-Filing documentation with court systems and assisting in communication with lawyers, clients, and courts;
-Providing exceptional client service while handling sensitive information with discretion;
-Adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic legal environment; and,
-Supporting other team members as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:
-Graduate of a Paralegal diploma program or an equivalent combination of education and experience
-Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders
-Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
-Detail-oriented, meticulous, and proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving
-Knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and case management
-Strong client service orientation and ability to maintain confidentiality
-Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment
-Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and quick to learn new software
-Knowledge of Closing Folders and ProLaw is an asset
