Location: Shelburne, Nova Scotia, Canada (Rural Area)

The ideal candidate will have:
• Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from an accredited law school
• Membership (or eligibility for membership) in the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society, in good standing
• Minimum of one year of legal experience in transactional legal services, including real estate and corporate and commercial transactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-centric approach
• Strong analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a supportive team environment
• Dedication to serving the legal needs of rural communities and contributing positively to the local community of Shelburne.
