We are expanding our industry-leading internal legal team and are recruiting an experienced insurance litigation lawyer to join our Dartmouth, Nova Scotia office. You will be responsible for handling tort litigation matters at complexity levels that can vary depending on experience. Matters are handled from assignment to conclusion, including trial and appeal where applicable. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in litigating personal injury claims. Additional experience in property, commercial liability, homeowner liability or multi-party construction litigation is an asset but not a requirement.
