Core Duties and Responsibilities
As Corporate Services Lawyer (Manager), your responsibilities will include, but is not limited to, the following:
-Contribute to work output by completing corporate law transactions including incorporations, amalgamations, purchase and sale of business, and tax reorganizations;
-Facilitate the delivery of high quality, timely output from the Corporate Services team by optimizing workflow process and procedures, delegating and managing work assignments;
-Internal and external relationship building including attendance at Corporate Service conferences;
-Supervising a high performing team.

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful, you possess the following qualifications and skills:
-Experience with Corporate Services or equivalent skills and experience;
-Member of the Nova Scotia Bar or eligible to become a member;
-Exceptional attention to detail and proven organizational skills;
-Positive team player with proven ability to inspire teams;
-Outstanding computer skills, specifically Microsoft Suite and outlook with the aptitude to learn new software quickly.
