The company has a current requirement for a lawyer with 2 to 5 years post-Call experience specializing in business immigration law to join its talented team of lawyers and professionals.
This position requires a strong knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, regulations and procedures including Labour Market Impact Assessment-based work permits; work permit and permanent residence applications for skilled workers under various provincial and federal economic immigration programs; and employer compliance requirements.
