Adjudicators – Small Claims Court of Nova Scotia

The Department of Justice wishes to receive applications from practicing members with a minimum of seven years at the Bar and in good standing with the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society.

There are immediate Adjudicator openings in the following Counties: Kings, Pictou, Lunenburg and Cape Breton Regional Municipality area for applicants who are interested in an appointment as a Small Claims Court Adjudicator.

The Department of Justice also encourages applicants to apply to any other area to which they have an interest in being assigned to be considered as future openings occur.
