Paul Carver has been appointed chief Crown attorney of the Halifax region of Nova Scotia, effective June 2. "I am very pleased to have a Crown attorney of Mr. Carver's calibre heading the Halifax region," said Martin Herschorn, Director of Public Prosecutions.
