Halifax lawyer Ray Adlington elected national CBA Vice-president

Raymond Adlington of Halifax has been elected national Vice-president of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA). He is McInnes Cooper’s former Managing Partner and CEO, with a practice in tax law.

When Mr. Adlington’s term is complete as Vice-president, he will become CBA President following Kerry Simmons. Voters in this election were the 2016-17 Board of Directors, the National Section Chairs and the National Forum Chairs.

The lineup for CBA’s 2017-2018 Board is now complete. The new Board will take over on September 1 and oversee the transition to the new CBA governance model.
