The platforms within our licensing agreement – CriminalSource, FamilySource, Estates&TrustsSource – provide access to key updated commentary.

Our CriminalSource subscription now includes former CriminalSpectrum (Canada Law Book) content, including Ewaschuk's Criminal Pleadings & Practice in Canada, McWiliams’ Canadian Criminal Evidence, and Salhany's Canadian Criminal Procedure.

WestlawNext Canada offers an all-in-one search box and customizable interface, as well as the ability to browse content collections and drill down into commentary sources.

L&IS is pleased to offer training sessions on WestlawNext Canada with Thomson Carswell’s Executive Learning Consultant, Sam MacKenzie.
