Resigning from the Society

A practising lawyer may apply to resign from the Society by submitting an Application to Change Category - from Practising Lawyer. Resignations must be approved by Council.
 
Non-practising and retired members may apply to resign from the Society by making an application in writing. Resignations must be approved by Council.
