About the Program

The practice of law is demanding and challenging, always requiring a high level of concentration and service. So too for your home life and with only so many hours in the day, sleep, as essential as it is to mental and physical health, is often sacrificed. Lack of sleep affects mood, concentration, reaction time and decision-making. Marlee and Leah will guide you through the science of sleep, demonstrating why it is so important, not just for lawyers but for everyone. You will gain insight into the role sleep plays in your ability to focus and be productive. The session will include evidence-based strategies to improve your sleep.
