Join us for a joint meeting of the Intellectual Property and Business law sections to discuss Intellectual Property in Business Transactions. Learn about intellectual property, how it relates to business transactions, issues that may arise and how to address them, key issues that should addressed in Agreements and best practices.
This session would be ideal for new and seasoned practitioners with business and intellectual property practices, as well as business owners.
The panel comprises of Business and Intellectual Property Law practitioners in Nova Scotia. There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the panel. You can also send your questions in advance by indicating them during registration.
