In the third year of our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion for Litigators program, we are asking advocates to step up to the plate and consider their role as agents of change and leaders of their communities. In the first two hours of the program, hear from leaders of the bar and bench on how to combat unconscious bias and build cultural inclusion in the workplace and courtroom. In the final hour, join our small faculty-led breakout groups to reflect on and discuss concrete strategies for affecting change.
