Having been a barrister and a trial judge and having taught advocacy for 40 years, Mr. Archibald in his presentation talks about the building blocks of advocacy by being a reliable narrator. Mr. Archibald is the author of Litigation and Administrative Advocacy: The Art and Science of Persuasion-an advocacy text published by Lexis in September 2023.
