Introducation to Collaborative Practice
Learn how lawyers, mental health and financial professionals work together to assist families going through separation and divorce. Collaborative Practice is an innovative, highly effective out-of-court settlement process that addresses the emotional, legal and financial needs of the family. This workshop will introduce you to the steps in the collaborative process, the roles of each professional and the skills required to be effective in collaborative practice.
