Litigation demands a special set of lawyering skills, and not surprisingly, it is the subject of a special set of rules pertaining to professional conduct. Regardless of the stakes, for the advocate, professionalism demands unimpeachable conduct in and out of the courtroom, sometimes under the most challenging and stressful of circumstances.

Our two-hour program has been designed to highlight the ethical and professionalism demands unique to civil and criminal litigation advocates, and to provide the tools necessary to ensuring conduct remains above reproach.
