Client Communication Standards & Policies

Good communication has as much to do with client happiness as it has to do with good work. Consider reducing your communication policies and practices to writing and set out to improve them. Include them in your office manual. This investment in time to establish solid communications practices helps you manage client expectations and helps you to practise safely and effectively.

A key complement of your communications policy is your privacy policy, covered in section 3B, Privacy & Confidentiality Policies
