The Nova Scotia Provincial Lotteries and Casino Corporation (NSPLCC) is a Crown corporation responsible for managing the regulated gaming industry in the province in an economically sustainable and socially responsible manner for the benefit of Nova Scotians and their communities.

Reporting to the President & CEO, the Vice-President, Gaming Operations provides strategic leadership and operational direction for regulated gaming in Nova Scotia, including retail lottery, destination gaming, and casino operations. As the Vice-President, Gaming Operations you will advance NSPLCC’s achievement of operational priorities and annual financial targets. You will ensure that entertaining and reliable gaming products are provided by operators in a socially responsible manner. You will evaluate new products and services ensuring they align with overall business strategy. You will build solid relationships with operators, the Provincial government and other key external stakeholders.

As the ideal candidate, your education in accounting, law, business or a related field, combined with your track record of success as a leader in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, has prepared you for this exciting opportunity. With a well developed understanding of what it takes to make a business sucessful, you have an eye for evaluating a solid business plan. Your ability to translate complex details into big picture implications will allow you to identify potential issues, analyze options, and make sound recommendations to the President & CEO and Board of Directors. A natural relationship builder and leader of people, you have proven your ability to build strong external stakeholder relationships and develop high performance teams.
