A Hearing Panel of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society heard preliminary motions respecting the charges against Christopher Ian Robinson, a member of the Society, on November 9, 2021. The Panel’s decision on these motions was issued on November 23, 2021.
A continuation of the hearing respecting the charges against Christopher Ian Robinson will be held on Monday, October 31; Tuesday, November 1; Monday, November 7; and Tuesday, November 8, 2022, commencing at 9:30 am at the Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites, 1960 Brunswick Street, Halifax.
The Society charges Christopher Ian Robinson, of Halifax, Nova Scotia, with professional misconduct in that he breached provisions of the Code of Professional Conduct (the “Code”), and the Legal Profession Act (the “Act”) and the Regulations made thereunder.
