Regulation

The Society is aware that since June 1, 2013, lawyers are not being provided a Notification of E-Submission Receipt when submitting an AFR. The failure to have this document in a lawyer’s file is a breach of the regulations with respect to trust accounts pursuant to the Legal Profession Act.  Read More
