Whether in the courtroom, boardroom or office,negotiating well for your client goes hand in hand with being a good litigator. Experienced counsel give candid advice on strategies and tactics that work. This program teaches the skills of negotiation planning andhow to ensure you leave a negotiation with the best deal possible for your client. Register for the morning only, featuring presentations by noted faculty. Stayfor the full day including afternoon skills workshop for hands-on exercises. Workshop materials will be distributed electronically prior to the program. Advance preparation is required for the afternoon skills workshop.
